1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to School of Technical Analysis ("STA Nepal", "we", "us", or "our"), accessible via stanepal.com and our associated mobile/web platforms. By creating an account, purchasing any course, accessing our curriculum, or utilizing our services, you ("User", "Student", or "Member") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), along with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our platform.

2. Scope of Educational Services

STA Nepal provides specialized digital courses, live mentorship cohorts, educational webinars, and analysis training focusing on:

• Technical Analysis and Price Action Methodology.
• Smart Money Concepts (SMC), Institutional Order Flow, and Liquidity Concepts.
• Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) market structure, analysis, and risk management.
• International Foreign Exchange (Forex), Commodities, and Indices education.
• Proprietary Trading Firm (Prop Firm) evaluation preparation, risk parameters, and psychology.

STA Nepal does not manage customer funds, execute trades on behalf of clients, solicit investments, or provide personalized buy/sell signals. Any trade taken by a student is executed entirely at their own discretion and liability.

3. User Account, Security & Single-User License

To access our courses and curriculum, you must register an account with accurate, current, and complete information.

• Single-User License: Each course enrollment grants a non-transferable, personal, single-user license to access the educational content.
• Account Sharing Prohibited: Sharing login credentials, selling accounts, or allowing simultaneous multi-user logins is strictly prohibited.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities occurring under your account. Notify our support team immediately of any suspected breach.

4. Intellectual Property, Copyright & Anti-Piracy Policy

All educational materials—including video lessons, screen recordings, curriculum outlines, live session archives, PDFs, downloadable worksheets, proprietary trading blueprints, quizzes, and software scripts—are the exclusive intellectual property of STA Nepal and protected under the Copyright Act of Nepal and international intellectual property treaties.

5. Dynamic Video Watermarking Disclosure

To safeguard our proprietary intellectual property, the video player on our platform utilizes dynamic on-screen watermarking. During video playback, individual student identifiers (such as your registered Student ID, email address, or IP address) may be dynamically overlaid across the media canvas. By using our platform, you acknowledge and consent to this security measure.

6. Course Access, Updates & Platform Availability

Unless otherwise specified in a specific cohort or subscription plan:

• "Lifetime Access" refers to the lifetime availability of the product on the STA Nepal platform, for as long as the course is maintained and supported by the academy.
• We reserve the right to periodically update, refine, or replace video lessons, modules, and quizzes to ensure curriculum accuracy and relevance to prevailing market dynamics.
• While we endeavor to provide 99.9% platform uptime, occasional scheduled maintenance, server updates, or third-party outages may occur. STA Nepal shall not be held liable for temporary platform downtime.

7. Student Code of Conduct & Community Standards

Members of STA Nepal are part of a professional trading community. In all live classes, webinars, course discussion forums, and community channels, members agree to:

• Maintain a respectful, supportive, and professional tone towards instructors, mentors, and fellow students.
• Refrain from abusive language, harassment, discrimination, or hate speech.
• Never solicit investments, promote unlicensed brokers, share affiliate links, or spam trading signals.

STA Nepal reserves the right to moderate, delete posts, and suspend or revoke community privileges of any user violating these standards.

8. Third-Party Platforms, Tools & Prop Firms

Our curriculum may reference or demonstrate tools provided by third parties (e.g., TradingView, MetaTrader 4/5, charting software, economic calendars, and proprietary evaluation firms). STA Nepal does not own, operate, or endorse third-party platforms. We are not responsible for their operational policies, pricing, software bugs, terms of service, or evaluation rules.

9. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, STA Nepal, its directors, instructors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to financial losses, loss of trading capital, or loss of profits arising out of your reliance on any material, course, or analysis provided on this platform.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless STA Nepal from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or your use of the platform.

10. Termination and Suspension

STA Nepal reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or refund, if you breach any provision of these Terms, engage in piracy, commit fraud, or exhibit conduct detrimental to our community.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts located in Kathmandu, Nepal.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
