Note: All online payments are handled securely through PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processors. STA Nepal does not store raw credit card numbers or banking passwords on its servers.
  • Technical & Device Data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, referring URL, time stamps, and platform navigation patterns.
  • Community & Support Interactions: Messages, feedback, forum inquiries, and support tickets submitted through our platform.

To prevent unauthorized copying, screen-recording, or piracy of our proprietary trading educational content, our video streaming service incorporates dynamic video watermarking. During video playback, your student identifier (e.g. Student ID, email, or IP address) may appear dynamically on the player canvas. This processing is strictly necessary to protect our intellectual property and deter unauthorized redistribution.

We implement rigorous technical and organizational security standards to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction:
